What Are Sales Dialers and How to Use Them to Close Deals Faster

Automatic sales dialers are often overlooked. People assume that they don’t have much to offer, and hence, are useless. However, the reality is quite different and can make a huge difference to your business.

What Are Sales Dialers?

The terms sales dialers is very self-explanatory. It is basically a technology that is used to automatically dial numbers for salespeople.

How frustrating does it sound to dial a hundred numbers a day? You have no technology to assist you through the numbers, busy signals, voicemails, etc. Then there’s the fact that you have to go through an alphabetized list of names and make sure you don’t miss any or call anyone twice. It just doesn’t like something anyone would look forward to doing.

A sales dialer can make this job much easier by doing all the manual work for you. All you have to do is load a list of people that need to be contacted into the dialer. The dialer will then start dialing these numbers for you automatically. Once you hang up, they’ll dial the next person on the list without requiring your intervention.

This allows you to focus on the purpose of the call instead of being redundantly stuck in the process of dialing numbers every few minutes.

How Can They Help Close Deals Faster?

The main advantage of a sales dialer is that it takes out the chance of an error while saving you a lot of time. However, it can also help close a deal faster due to the fact that these machines have gotten much smarter over the years while the cost to access them has simultaneously  decreased.

·         Having a good sales dialer can help enhance the quality of your conversations. For instance, there is always that one text you keep forgetting to respond to, or that one phone call you’ve been meaning to make for so long, but somehow haven’t yet. A sales dialer will remind you to take care of all of these things. They also drop reminders to reach out to abandoned leads one more time on the basis of the result of the initial attempt. It can be programmed in various ways to make sure that you never miss out on a lead.

·         Aside from making sure that you don’t end up forgetting about a potential lead, sales dialers can also tell you when you need to make a call. If  the machine is integrated properly, it will remind you to reach out to existing customers when required. For instance, you have a customer who has a 12-month deal with your company. However, chances are that you may forget when the 12th month is about to arrive, but the sales dialer wouldn’t. It will remind you to make a call in an attempt to extend the contract. Even if they don’t end up extending it, it is always a good idea to check up on it.

A good sales dialer can help you close deals as well as sustain previous contracts without much effort.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
